Finding a therapist can be daunting, and I encourage you to explore until you find someone who you are happy to make a start with. Building trust and developing a therapeutic relationship take time, and finding the right person for you can make this process easier. Of course, we never really know if we are a good fit for each other until we meet. Initial sessions are commitment free, and a good opportunity for us to see if we want to move forward working together.
